So I haven’t drank a soda in months. I thought I loved them. In truth I didn’t I enjoyed the sugar rush provided by well the corn syrup and sugar. When I started monitoring my caloric intake before becoming a pescatarian I was SHOCKED to realize over half of the excess calories I consumed came from liquid concoctions.
I’ve lost my cravings for anything more than water. When I want a little spice in my life I enjoy flavored water or hot tea straight with no sweetener. This seems a little extreme to some but it works best for me.
