One Book at a Time

Over on my book review blog the first few books reviewed will be weightloss books from a spiritual standpoint. As part of the 30 day experience for January and February. I’ll be using the principles of the books and any exercises and letting you know if what they write is what happens. I’ll be adjusting the menus to reflect economical substitutions when necessary because one thing most weight loss books fail to take into consideration is that eating healthy cost more than eating unhealthy.

The three books I’ll be reviewing and giving extensive result of is
Chantel Hobbs Love Food and Live Well Love Food and Live Well: Lose Weight, Get Fit, and Taste Life at Its Very Best and then Made to Crave Made to Crave: Satisfying Your Deepest Desire with God, Not Food and Spiritual Secrets To Weight Loss- Rev.. I am also waiting on word back about reviewing 10 Lessons from a Former Fat Girl: Living with Less of You and More of Life.

In addition to sharing any thing these books share that is new and or able to be applied more effectively I’ll be sharing the FREE.99 tools and resources I use to make losing weight possible while on a very tight budget.
