Okay so who wants to be the in the long sleeve jacket in the middle of the hot summer? Well not me. I also don’t want to be the person who waves and my arm keeps on waving. So what to do…what to do. Well I was too happy to start working on my triceps with the resistance bands in my Body Gospel workout and I’m looking forward to great results from Chalean Extreme and God help me Turbo Fire.

When I look at the old photos of myself and see how small my arms it makes me wanna get down on the floor and do some push-ups. But it is way more fun when I follow along with Donna to the inspiring tunes on Body Gospel.

Tricep kickbacks, praise arms, push ups (modified of course) and the rest of the arm raising moves during Strength & Spirit or Power & Praise get me motivated. When I stop Body Gospel in September I know I’ll have the blessed guns. (You have to see the DVDs to hear how cute this is.)
