You are in control of your body, mind, and emotions. Despite the last few months, years or decades you have the might within you to stop emotional eating. Take control of your life and move forward as a whole person. There is no VALID reason for you to continue as an unhealthy person.
Take control over your emotions by allowing yourself to feel the good, bad, ugly and in between.
Take control over your finances by not spending ridiculous amounts of money on fast, grocery and every kind of food. If you’re food bill is your biggest bill ask yourself what you’re eating. The human body doesn’t require that much food to run at optimal health.
