It is easier for me to focus on the goals I’ve set for myself and meeting them to stay on course than to think about my waist size, weight loss or stall and the need to do something. There is a season for everything, and this is my season to lose this weight and learn how to keep it off! I accomplish things that I know are good for my body which makes me feel better about myself. I don’t focus solely on the numbers because streaking is about building a healthy lifestyle through change and commitment.
