Wanted to shout out some of the authors who I have consistently enjoyed over the years. Let’s start with the first one I shout out in my author bio. Shel Silverstein penned the first book of poetry I ever purchased. Maya Angelou is one of my favorite authors but Shel Silverstein was my first. I’ve read
Where the Sidewalk Ends 30th Anniversary Edition: Poems and DrawingsA Light in the Attic Special Edition and believe over the next year I’ll continue to feed my inner child and borrow from the library his other works. Runny Babbit: A Billy SookFalling UpA Giraffe and a HalfThe Missing Piece (An Ursula Nordstrom Book)Uncle Shelby's ABZ Book: A Primer for Adults Only

I prefer checking a book out before I purchase it for my permanent print library and will be going virtually digital by the end of 2011. That means outside of books for my daughter and special exceptions I’ll be downloading books to my nook or kindle.
My Spelman Sister @heatherjoi‘s favorite is The Giving Tree (Slipcased Mini Edition)
Are you a Shel Silverstein fan? Which one is your favorite?
