Television has been given a bad rap. It’s blamed for the sedentary lifestyle America and Western or modernized civilization has adapted. But it does not have to be a liability to living an active life it can now be an asset. You are able to watch television specials on obesity, learning about eating healthy and working out. It can also be awesome as a tool to workout with the workout program of your choice.  

I missed the last two days but I’m back in more ways than one. I’ve completed my first round of Body Gospel and battled the stalled pounds loss accelerated inches gone battle. I won. Instead of focusing on numbers dropping from a scale my goal is to have a healthy waist circumference. I have also began the looking into adding more veggies and greens to my diet.
