So I have not cut all of the fat from my diet because a balanced diet includes “good fat”. I get my good fat from Extra Virgin Olive Oil and flaxseed oil. I grill and sauteed with Pam All Natural Olive Oil or Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Some of my favorite dishes are skinless chicken breast on the foreman grill and turkey burgers on the grill. I plan to try some kabobs over the summer and I love to make grilled chicken drumsticks too. Yes I leave the skin on, everything in moderation. So where do you get your good fats?
