So as my  The DASH Diet Action Plan: Based on the National Institutes of Health Research: Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension DASH Diet Book suggested I’ve began eating more salads and looking for healthy replacements for my former favorites. Just recently I found some tasty salad dressing which has no fructose corn syrup or any of the other things placed in the more mainstream dressings that are not beneficial to your body. I want to make sure I mention that 100 of the 110 calories per serving are fat calories because the base of the dressing is extra virgin olive oil one of the good fats we need each day.  I picked mine up at Kroger but it may be available in other traditional grocery stores. Not sure about Walmart. Another thing I like about this dressing is the feta cheese is already in it so it saves me money because I don’t have to add cheese to my salad and soft white cheese is better for me than yellow cheese anyway. Next time you’re open to checking out a new salad dressing check out Marie’s Greek Vinaigrette, I think you’ll be glad you did.

Do you have a favorite affordable, all natural salad dressing? If so share it below and I’ll check it out.
