I’ve always loved tea. To the point where I used to carry it with me for when I’d eat at restaurants with my fiance then husband now. This practice not only saved money but cut back on calories. I’ve committed myself to restart this habit so I won’t be tempted to partake of the sweet nectar offered like Strawberry Lemonade. kiwi lemonade and other fruity concoctions. This would save money and cut calories from the my beverage intake and allow me to use them for food intake. My inches are shrinking but my pounds have stalled because I was not eating enough calories. Now I’m looking into how to adjust my caloric intake in a healthy way and focusing on balanced diet. I don’t want to starve myself because it will only keep me heavier longer. If you don’t like tea research other low or no calorie beverages and incorporate these into your diets. Another way to do this is to drink your veggies and eat your fruit. This is another topic for a different day.
