Don’t stress about what you do or don’t eat today. I have lost weight on my trip home and found that moderation and smart choices were enough for me to keep going on the weight loss journey. Eat the filler foods first today salad and veggies instead of heavy breaded and fried foods. Before you pile on the cake and ice cream try a nice juicy red hunk of watermelon. some honey dew or cantelope and fruit. If you still want a TASTE of the other stuff go for it just smaller portions. Moderation is the key.
