Reading The Spark: The 28-Day Breakthrough Plan for Losing Weight, Getting Fit, and Transforming Your Life today while I took what I now call my exercise breaks. I’m determined to keep working and trying different exercise techniques. If I keep at it I’ll take the small lifestyle steps needed each day to be healthier.

I also put in over 2000 words today on my work in progress. Researching books on how to continue to create well developed characters and offer interesting impactful (is that a word) stories.  Check out the excerpt from My True Essence it will be out soon. National Women’s Health Week.
