You’ll find a lot thing along this journey. One of them may be that you’re eating emotionally to cover up or stuff down traumatic events from your past. Once you stop using food as a cover up you’ll have to find a new way to cope. My suggestion is to find a great Christian counseling professional. You may also need to find new activities to do with your friends.
