I have been fighting weight gain and trying to secure weight maintenance for a good part of my adult life. I have put together different schedules and workout plans but they didn’t work until I worked them. As important as making the plan is working the plan. You have to make sure that you work the plan and the plan will work. Don’t get upset if you make a mistake or mess up. Nothing beats a failure but a try. So be sure to write your workout plan and make it plain then run with it. I’m currently working it with Body Gospel and almost bursting at the seams with excitement to get to Turbo Fire.
